Information handled during a client engagement is governed by the engagement agreement and any non-disclosure agreement in place, not by this website policy. Client content is not used to train models by default, and model providers are configured accordingly.

Inquiry submissions are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.

Submissions are stored in a managed cloud database with access restricted to authorized personnel. Data is encrypted in transit. We apply least-privilege access controls to all systems holding enquiry data.
